  THE MEMBRANE  
The heart of this next generation fine bubble diffusion system is the engineered patented membrane. Using recycled SBR rubber and linear low density Polyethylene, the process to produce this membrane is tightly controlled yielding a membrane that is 50 micron pore size with a 95%+ uniformity. Millions of bubbles are created when the membrane is energized sub surface with atmospheric air. The result is a high efficiency while also creating excellent mixing characteristics. The membrane operates with a wide range of temperatures and pressure avoiding the problems of most current fine bubble diffusion systems. The SBR rubber means increased life and resistance of Chemical and organic attack.
THE SYSTEM
Secured to multiple platforms and installed subsurface, the membrane is energized via quiet, bank mounted, low maintenance regerative blowers. Using accepted engineering formulas and principle's, each installation is custom designed based upon the unique circumstances of each wastewater treatment facility.
