KWM Wastewater Technologies is working on a wide variety of projects around the country. We help industry and municipalities with their dewatering and filtration projects as well as provide economical chemical solutions with polymers, flocculants, and coagulants.

Here are some recent examples of our projects:

Northwest Georgia Complete turnkey installation of 2 2.0m Andritz Belt Filter Presses. Project included new moyno sludge pumps, control panels, rotating drum concentrator, wash water booster pumps, liquid polymer feed system, and discharge conveyors.

Milwaukee

This is for a large tunnel project in Milwaukee. They are processing upto 8000 GPM. It has 4 inclined plate clarifiers, settling pond, and 3 belt filter presses. Their incoming TSS ranges from 1500 to 8500.Their discharge limit is a TSS of 35 mg/l and consists mostly of limestone and some dirt. It also required pH adjustment. Also, we are providing all the specialty chemicals for the project.

South Carolina

Installed refurnbished 2.0 m Envirex belt filter press for a municipality in South Carolina. We provided the complete system with sludge pumps, polymer feed system, washwater booster pump, and discharge conveyor. They eliminated their drying beds with this dewatering equipment.
